Pets - Increased Rent
At Homelets & Sales, we appreciate how important your pets will be to you. Extra rent will be charged at a rate of £30 per calendar month on top of the advertised rent for each property. Each individual pet request will be submitted to the Landlord and Landlord approval must be granted prior to the tenancy start. You agreeing to pay the extra rental amount in respect of your pet does not substitute approval from the Landlord. The Landlord has the right to refuse the request of a pet at a property without giving any reason.
Holding Deposit -
Equivalent to one weeks’ rent.
Equivalent to five weeks’ rent.
Rent value will be £30 per month higher. Your agreement to pay the higher value rent amount in respect of the pet(s) does not equate to automatic approval from the Landlord, who reserves the right to refuse a pet request without giving a reason.
