HOLDING DEPOSIT
Equivalent to one weeks' rent.  Once the Holding Deposit is accepted, all parties have 14 days in which to carry out checks etc and reach an agreement regarding the Tenancy.  The Holding Deposit will be refunded to the prospective Tenant if the Landlord decides not to enter in a Tenancy Agreement, subject to a list of exceptions which can be found on our Terms & Conditions for Tenants.  The Holding Deposit will be offset against the first months' rent. 
DEPOSIT
Equivalent to five weeks' rent.  Secured with the DPS.  Some Tenancies may be offered with Nil Deposit.
