Equivalent to five weeks' rent.  Secured with the DPS.  Some Tenancies may be offered with Nil Deposit.  

Nil Deposit
Although the Nil Deposit Scheme is available there is still the facility to pay a standard deposit which will be registered in with the Deposit Protection Scheme. The choice is yours!

Pet Disclaimer
We appreciate how important your furry companions are to you, that’s why we have allocated a pet allowance per site, helping your pets to feel right at home too. We welcome your dog or cats – extra rent will be charged at a rate of £30 per month on top of the advertised rent of the particular plot you are applying for. Each individual pet request will be submitted to the Landlord and Landlord Approval must be granted prior to the tenancy start. Agreeing to pay the extra rental amount in respect of the pet does not substitute the automatic approval from the Landlord. The Landlord has the right to refuse the request of a pet a property without giving any reason.
